ABOUT THE EVENT

Following the January 15, 2018 New California State Declaration of Independence, the July 21, 2018 1st Constitutional Convention at Harris Ranch, the October 5-6 2nd Constitutional Convention in Irvine, the 3rd Constitutional Convention, January 26, 2019 in Roseville, the 4th Constitutional Convention in Fresno, the 5th Constitutional Convention in Orange County October 25-26, 2019 and then delegates of the New California State movement came together for the 6th Constitutional Convention in San Luis Obispo to construct the New California State Constitution and pass critical legislation to create New California State.

New Californians will return for the 12th Constitutional Convention on September, 29-30, 2023 for one of the most important and historic State Constitutional Conventions since the 1861 Wheeling, Virginia Constitutional Convention to create the state of West Virginia.

Following the the 2020 elections New California State is now the epicenter of saving the Union.  The United States is not a banana republic like you find across the world in third world communist countries. We are a Republic.......and We the People are Going to Keep It!

Our past line up of special guest speakers includes Advisor to President Trump Tana Goertz, Fox New Reporter Lara Logan, Congressional Candidates Chris Bish (CA 6) and Mike Cargile (CA 3).  Additional past guest speakers who were previous Keynote speakers include Attorney Sidney Powell, (8th Constitutional Convention), Candace Owens and Dinesh D’Souza (7th Constitutional Convention) and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (5th Constitutional Convention).

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: JOE HOFT, CONTRIBUTOR TO THE GATEWAY PUNDIT

After spending more than a decade as an international corporate executive, Joe Hoft is now a radio host and an author. As one of “The Hoft Brothers”, he is also a key contributor at his twin brother Jim Hoft’s award-winning conservative website, The Gateway Pundit.  Joe worked around the world for a Fortune 500 Corporation while attending executive meetings, and board and audit committee meetings in multiple countries. He lived in Hong Kong for nearly a decade overseeing the major business function for a multinational US corporation and prior to that oversaw the financial reporting for multimillion-dollar and billion-dollar entities. He’s earned ten degrees or designations, including an MBA, CPA, CISA and FLMI. Joe currently hosts The Joe Hoft Show weekdays in the US from 3-4 pm Eastern at TNTRadio.live. He’s also a frequent guest himself on numerous TV shows, Radio shows, and podcasts. Joe Hoft is the author of six books, including his new bestseller, "The Steal: Volume III - The Impossible Occurs" which addresses the stolen 2020 Election and provides an inventory of issues that prove that the 2020 Election was uncertifiable and never should have been certified for Joe Biden.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: TONY ROMAN, BASILICOS RESTAURANT

Tony Roman, the owner of Basilico’s Restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA, has agreed to be a Keynote Speaker at the New California State 12th Constitutional Convention September 29-30 2023 in Irvine, CA. Tony never shut down his famed Basilico’s Restaurant during the first covid hoax, he also would never allow people with masks to enter the premises. Tony has again been attacked by Cal Osha where the agency without notice or a warrant drained his business bank account. This most recent attack is been seen as a preemptive strike on Tony as Newsom works with the World Heath Organization for a second round of covid mandated shutdowns.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: TRACY HENDERSON, CALIFORNIA PARENTS UNION

Tracy Henderson is an attorney and the mom of a sophomore at Carmel High School. After she declined in December to address the board of Carmel Unified School District from outside, or to wear a mask or face shield, board meetings have been moved outside. Henderson is the founder of California Parents United, a parental rights group.

TANA GOERTZ:  Advisor to President Donald J. Trump. Tana was one of the first hires on the Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. campaign in 2015 where she served as a national TV spokesperson and senior advisor to candidate Donald Trump.  She played a critical role as one of the key strategist for most of the battleground states.  Due to her winning record and HUGE win in Iowa she was re-hired for her leadership, trusted advisory and forward-thinking tactics as part of President Trump’s re-election campaign. Now to complete the Constitutional Conventions for New California State we will be having our 12th and convention before the statehood cycle begins. Come and participate in the process to save the Union and change the world.

New California is a new state in development exercising its Constitutional Right to form from the State of California as codified under Article IV Section 3 of the United States Constitution and in the United States Declaration of Independence.
