Change of President for New California State

The President of New California State Ruth Haring has submitted her resignation in a letter to Vice President Paul Preston dated August 11, 2018.

The letter was accepted by Vice President Preston in a letter that thanked Haring for her service in the establishment of the New California State movement.

Paul Preston will become the New California State President.
